RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Shambho Foods, we prioritize quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction. As we deal primarily in food and consumable products, our return policy is structured accordingly.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products (including oils, flours, spices, grains, snacks, bakery items, and water), returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• The product was damaged during transit

• The wrong product was delivered

• The product is defective or unfit for consumption

• Packaging is tampered upon delivery

Returns must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

• Opened or partially used food products

• Products returned without original packaging

• Change of mind purchases

• Customized or bulk processing orders

  
  

3. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

• A replacement will be arranged (subject to availability), OR

• A refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
