Order Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Before Shipment You may cancel your order before it is dispatched from our warehouse. To cancel: Contact us immediately via email or phone. Provide your Order ID and registered contact details. If the order has not been processed for shipping, we will cancel it and initiate a full refund. 2. Cancellation After Shipment Once the order has been shipped: Cancellation requests may not be accepted. If accepted under special circumstances, shipping charges (if applicable) may be deducted from the refund.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of food products, we generally do not accept returns after delivery. However, returns or replacements may be considered only in the following cases: The product was damaged during transit The product delivered was incorrect The product is expired upon delivery The packaging was tampered with before delivery The product is significantly different from what was described on the website
Conditions for Return/Replacement Eligibility
To be eligible: You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. The product must be: Unused Unopened In its original packaging You must provide: Clear photographs or videos showing the issue Images of the outer packaging and shipping label Failure to report within 24 hours may result in rejection of the claim.

Refund Policy

Mode of Refund Refunds will be issued: To the original payment method (UPI, debit/credit card, net banking, etc.) Within 7–10 business days after approval Please note: Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. We are not responsible for delays caused by banking institutions. 3. Partial Refunds In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted if: Only part of the order was damaged Promotional discounts were applied Shipping charges are non-refundable
Replacement Policy

Return Shipping
