At Shambho Food, we aim to process and dispatch orders quickly to ensure fresh and timely delivery. This Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which an order may be cancelled.
Cancellation Before Dispatch
Customers may cancel their order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. To request cancellation: Contact us immediately via email or phone. Provide your Order ID and registered contact details. If the order has not yet been processed for shipment, we will cancel it and initiate a full refund to the original payment method.
Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched: Cancellation requests may not be accepted. In certain cases, if cancellation is approved, applicable shipping or handling charges may be deducted from the refund amount. If the order is already out for delivery, cancellation will not be possible.
Perishable & Food Products
Since we deal in food and consumable items: Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch due to hygiene and safety reasons. Refusal to accept delivery does not automatically qualify for a refund. Refunds, if any, will be processed only after the product is returned to us in saleable condition.
Cancellation by Shambho Food
We reserve the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances: Product out of stock Payment failure or verification issues Incorrect pricing due to technical errors Suspicious or fraudulent transaction activity Incomplete or incorrect shipping address In such cases, customers will be notified and a full refund will be issued.
Refund Processing for Cancelled Orders
Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Maharashtra.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
Shambho Foods reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on the Site and become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Site or Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

All content on the Site including logos, product descriptions, images, designs, text, and branding materials are the property of Shambho Foods and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
